Salon etiquette

The meaning of the word etiquette is: A set of polite rules in social interaction. So let's see the rules, if you follow them, I will be very grateful to you!

You can make your appointments in person, by phone, via app or online, whichever is most convenient for you. I am personally available anywhere – call, text, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, email... I often can't answer the phone during work, I can't respond to messages right away, but as soon as I'm free, I'll call you!

Arrival at the salon

Please, always arrive on time! If you are late, always call and let me know! If you are late, we will have to take that time out of your schedule, we cannot play with the next guest's time. If you are late for a long time, it may happen that I will no longer be able to accept you, because my schedule is tight, please be understanding in such cases!

Cancellation conditions

Please note that if you wish to change or cancel your treatment appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you do not show up at the scheduled time and have not canceled the appointment or the cancellation was made within 24 hours, the treatment will be charged for the next time.

Disease

Please cancel your appointment in time if you have a cold or illness! I don't want to get sick and cancel all my guests because of this, and a massage on top of a possible flu is too much of a strain on your body.

Making phone calls during treatment

There are treatments during which you can safely make phone calls, and there are those that are very distracting. It's best to set your phone to vibrate mode in the salon and only answer urgent calls. It's also better for you if you don't have to focus on anything else during the massage time, just how good it feels to finally take care of yourself a little.

Payment methods

I only accept cash and gift certificates issued by me for payment. I cannot accept purchases on credit or late payments, and the prices of the services are non-negotiable..

Footwear must be removed during treatment!

I know that these are completely obvious, self-explanatory requests that, in the best case, don't need to be explained to anyone. These are basic rules in our daily lives that we learned and mastered as children. If you follow these rules, you are a super Guest!
